Richard Acquah joins us as an expert in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, with a strong focus on visual design. His role as an examiner for media design on behalf of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce and his many years of teaching at the HTK (Academy of Design) and the Institute of Design are testament to his expertise in the design industry.

Personal introduction
With over ten years of professional experience as a freelancer and founder of Acquah Design, Richard has worked on a variety of projects, including for renowned clients such as Deutsche Post | DHL, Hays AG, Sustayn, T-System, XING, Huawei, Deutsche Bahn, EDEKA and several more. His portfolio includes impressive UI/UX redesigns for websites and apps, innovative concepts for future-oriented products and services as well as extensive strategy developments for online and social media presences.
As a visionary and futurist, Richard has not only made a name for himself in the design world, but also as a thinker for future-oriented technologies and digital strategies. His experience ranges from designing intuitive user interfaces to conducting in-depth UX research that helps companies optimize their digital products and services. His enthusiasm for new technologies is also reflected in the fact that he imported the Apple Vision Pro (XR glasses) to Germany before the official market launch in the EU and has since tested them extensively and integrated them into his everyday work.
