Personal introduction

Gregory Glanzmann was born in Yokohama in 1980 and grew up in Japan, Hong Kong and Switzerland. He completed his main education in Switzerland with an a B.A. in International Relations and topping it off with FT top-ranked M.A. in Strategy and International Management (SIM HSG) from the University of St. Gallen. As a highly experienced hands-on sales and transformation expert, he has a track record of optimising and establishing new business models in global corporations Sony and BMW and cooperating to mutual gain with startups and other corporations, such as LEGO in locations including Japan, Singapore, Switzerland, Austria, and Germany. 

As a proven leader and team builder, he has recently graduated from the corporate track, joining Japanese SME Tras Ltd. as Chief Commercial Officer, focusing on the business strategy and digital and green transformation paths. He advises flound. on topics concerning Asia and Japan specifically.
