why is frank our expert?
Frank is an expert at flound. because he combines advanced technology concepts with innovative business and working models. With an M.Sc. in Technology and Innovation Management and his experience as a keynote speaker and content creator for companies such as IBM, DIHK and XING, he brings in-depth expertise to the table.
His podcast ‘Arbeitsphilosophen’ and his practice of working remotely since 2014 underline his expertise in the new world of work. Since 2023, Frank has been using artificial intelligence both for keynotes and to solve problems quickly. His motto ‘Less, but better!’ demonstrates his focus on efficient and sustainable working.

Personal introduction
Frank, a native of East Frisia, Berliner by choice and father of two, studied Technology and Innovation Management at the Helmut Schmidt University/University of the Federal Armed Forces in Hamburg (trimester programme with an M.Sc. degree).
After travelling the world, Frank decided to take to the stage and made his first appearance as a stand-up comedian in January 2014. At the same time, he produced the podcast ‘Arbeitsphilosophen - Die Zukunft der Arbeit’. These two worlds increasingly merged, so that from May 2018 Frank worked exclusively as a keynote speaker and content creator. He produced audio and video formats for DIHK, IBM, TD SYNNEX (including almost all global IT companies) and XING, among others. He has also worked as a consultant on various productions.
Frank currently appears around 60 times a year as a keynote speaker on the topics of work, digitalization and artificial intelligence. His motto is: Less, but better!
(Digital) business models
Frank has been working on new, sustainable business models since his studies. Fascinated by the diversity of digital business models - from the destructive force of disruptive ideas on large companies to the simplicity of smart business models of many solopreneurs - Frank's thoughts constantly revolve around this topic in every conversation, even in private.
Artificial intelligence
Even before the ChatGPT hype, Frank was able to explore the influence of AI on our working world for the world's major IT companies, such as IBM and Microsoft. As a heavy user of AI since 2023, Frank is no longer just a keynote speaker, but is also at home solving problems quickly using simple AI solutions. A question he is asked again and again: Which tool do I absolutely have to use?
New work
Frank is considered an expert on the new world of work thanks to his podcast ‘Arbeitsphilosophen’. He himself practices what he preaches and has been working exclusively remotely since 2014. His principle: constantly rethink work and scrutinise yourself. Frank's current field of research is productivity in office and knowledge work. He is experimenting with his ideas and new definitions of productivity in an international community of entrepreneurs.
