Innovation & Digital Transformation
To strive from Covid crisis, we have gone through a series of changes, and in our continuous efforts in digital transformation, I have led a few crucial projects aiming to transform our traditional business models and systems to a modern agile one that enables us to meet the ever-changing customer expectations.
Web 3.0
I am leading the project within Penta Hotels to set a foot in the space of Metaverse and NFTs. My current master thesis topic is on how blockchain is going to impact the hospitality industry mainly from the decentralized platform perspective.
Customer centricity
In rapid digital transformation, it’s vital that we don’t forget who we are. With the support of technology, we still need to use the customer data in emotionally intelligent ways. Having a customer-centric mindset is key in success.
Female leadership & empowerment
With the belief that “a balanced world is a better world”, I founded the LeanIn Circle in the company to support women when I was in Malaysia. I am now serving as a mentor in our company leadership development program to support female colleagues who strive to achieve more in their workplace or their personal life.
