Initial situation:
The medium-sized craft business Habdank Metallbau is currently undergoing a generational change. More and more processes are being digitalized and made more efficient. However, both the owner and the employees have not yet addressed the topic of artificial intelligence, as this was deemed "not yet relevant" enough. Quotation calculation in particular is a very time-consuming process that requires a lot of employee resources. The participants had virtually no points of contact with the topic of "artificial intelligence" and went into the workshop rather skeptically.
Target:
During the 120-minute purely digital workshop, the aim was to educate participants on the topic of artificial intelligence and create a common understanding. After the workshop, it should be clear to everyone what relevance the topic has for the company and their own workplace, and insights into use cases from other companies should be provided.
Result:
Even the most sceptical participants understood the relevance of the topic and within the inspire. workshops created a real "wow moment". The traditional craft business worked with its employees to create an understanding of artificial intelligence within the company and initial ideas for its application within the company were developed and discussed during the workshop. Numerous questions were also put to our experts in the Q&A session.
