Leon studierte an der Hochschule für Kommunikation und Gestaltung in Ulm, wo er erfolgreich seinen Bachelor in Werbung und Marktkommunikation abschloss. Vor dem Studium sammelte er Erfahrungen bei Daimler im Bereich Projekt- und Marketingmanagement, was ihm Einblicke in die Arbeitsweise großer Unternehmen verschaffte.
Während des Studiums in Ulm übernahm Leon die Rolle des Vorsitzenden einer studentischen Beratung und gründete mit Kollegen Hochdrei Media, eine Agentur für Webdesign, Social Media und Branding.
Seine berufliche Reise führte ihn nach Hamburg, wo er bei einer Innovationsagentur tätig wurde. Hier tauchte Leon in Technologien und Trends ein und trug dazu bei, innovative Lösungen für Kunden zu entwickeln. In seiner Position bei flound. bringt Leon seine Kenntnisse zu Technologietrends ein, sowie Erfahrungen aus der Auseinandersetzung mit Innovationsprozessen.
