Your responsibilities at flound.
Consulting & Project Management
You develop and implement innovative consulting strategies and analyze customer needs.
You will manage projects from conception to successful implementation and take responsibility for sub-projects.
AI and automation projects
You will be a sparring partner for new AI/automation solutions and support the team in customer projects.
You always keep up to date with the latest technology trends and actively incorporate them into our projects.
Workshops & Presentations
You plan, prepare, and conduct interactive workshops—both remotely and on-site.
You confidently present consulting results and proposed solutions to customers and stakeholders.
Customer service & acquisition
You maintain existing customer relationships and actively expand our network.
You will prepare quotations, conduct acquisition talks, and represent flound. at trade fairs and events.
Ideally, you will bring your own network of companies that you can use for sales activities.
Marketing & internal development
You will support our marketing (website, podcast, LinkedIn) and contribute to our content.
You will work on new business areas and contribute creative ideas for the further development of our portfolio.
Administrative & organizational responsibility
You coordinate processes and thereby support efficient planning so that projects can be driven forward successfully and without interruptions.
You play a key role in preparing meetings and ensure that all organizational details are taken care of to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
What you bring to the table
Technical background:
(Preferred) training or studies in the field of technology, innovation management, business administration, or similar.
Initial professional experience in consulting, project management, or similar fields is a plus.
IT & tool skills:
Confident use of macOS & Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, etc.) – don't worry if you've only used Microsoft Office so far, we'll teach you everything you need to know!
(Optional) Knowledge of programming (Python, JavaScript) and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) as well as RESTful APIs for a better understanding of AI/IT projects.
Experience in preparing and conducting (moderating) workshops.
Languages:
Very good German and English.
